Following his playing career, Pelliccioni transitioned into management, serving as a sports director and president for various clubs, notably leading Ravenna to a remarkable double promotion. He was deeply involved with San Marino Calcio, working to revive the club in the 2000s. Beyond football, he was an entrepreneur, founding Ori Sport, a brand that outfitted teams and players, and became a sponsor for Rimini. His immense passion for the sport and his commitment to his homeland left a lasting legacy, remembered fondly by colleagues and friends.
