Orestes Quintana

At 87 years old, Orestes Quintana is a passionate swimmer and a veteran member of the 'Juventud acumulada' club in Havana. A former combatant in the Sierra Maestra, he took up swimming at the age of 60 and has since won multiple gold medals in national competitions, showcasing that age is no barrier to pursuing one’s passions.
