Orfa Giraldo

Orfa Giraldo has been involved in educational administration, notably serving as the legal representative and rector of the Fundación Centro Colombiano de Estudios Profesionales (CECEP). She came into the spotlight due to controversies surrounding financial mismanagement and decisions made during her tenure that have been linked to significant loan agreements with the Sociedad de Activos Especiales (SAE), particularly during the leadership of then-president Daniel Rojas Medellín.
