Oritsemeyiwa Amanorisewo Eyesan is an accomplished economist and oil industry veteran who has spent nearly 33 years at the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited and its subsidiaries. She retired in 2024 as Executive Vice President, Upstream, and previously held the position of Group General Manager, Corporate Planning and Strategy. Eyesan has been nominated by President Bola Tinubu to become the new Chief Executive of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, following the resignation of Gbenga Komolafe.
