Orlando Ismael Ceballez

Orlando Ismael Ceballez was a 51-year-old man who tragically died in a fire at his home in La Boca, Buenos Aires. He was known to be in a state of severe depression and had recently suffered from significant health issues, including diabetes and the amputation of a leg. Neighbors reported that he had expressed feelings of despair and had threatened to set fire to his living quarters prior to the incident. Ceballez was found in his wheelchair near the entrance of the wooden and metal structure that was completely engulfed in flames. The fire raised concerns about the living conditions in the area, as the building lacked proper emergency exits and was considered extremely precarious.
