Orlando Molando

Orlando Molando is the director of the Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano (IDU) in Bogotá, Colombia. He has been at the forefront of urban development projects, including the renovation of the Plaza Fundacional de Usaquén. Recently, he announced that the IDU would take partial possession of the delayed construction project to implement a mitigation plan aimed at ensuring pedestrian and vehicular transit while addressing the ongoing challenges faced by local residents and businesses due to the prolonged construction.
