Osama Al-Othman is the CEO of the Saudi Housing Guarantees Company (ضمانات), where he plays a pivotal role in enhancing the housing finance sector in Saudi Arabia. Recently, he was in the news for signing a memorandum of understanding with the Arab National Bank (ANB) to promote innovative and sustainable financing solutions aimed at increasing home ownership among citizens as part of the Saudi Vision 2030.
