Oscar Benicio Irala López

Oscar Benicio Irala López, a 27-year-old man, was recently in the news for being implicated as an accomplice in a robbery in Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay. He allegedly provided the motorcycle used by the assailants who stole a significant amount of cash and mobile phones. Irala López has a history of criminal activity, including a prior conviction for robbery in 2016 and a severe drug-related sentence in Thailand, which was later commuted. After being deported from Thailand in 2022, he was arrested again for violating the conditions of his previous sentence.
