Óscar Eduardo Vivas

Óscar Eduardo Vivas is the Secretary of Economic Development, Competitiveness, and Employment Promotion for the Valle del Cauca department in Colombia. He has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce skills and boosting employment opportunities in the region. Recently, he announced a new round of the VALLEmplea program, which offers short training courses to help citizens improve their employability in various high-demand sectors, including driving, specialized cleaning, and trades like welding and barbering.
