Óscar Francisco Grazioso

Óscar Francisco Grazioso is a businessman and one of the legal representatives of the firearms company Mundo de las Armas, which was involved in a controversial procurement process for supplying weapons to the Guatemalan National Civil Police. His company was awarded a contract for 10,000 firearms, which was later halted amid investigations for alleged favoritism by the Public Ministry, led by Consuelo Porras.
