Óscar Guerra Ford

Óscar Guerra Ford is a former commissioner of the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (Inai) in Mexico, who became embroiled in controversy for allegedly misusing a corporate credit card for personal expenses, including a significant payment at a strip club, which coincided with a police operation that rescued trafficking victims.
