Óscar Iván Muñoz

Óscar Iván Muñoz is a Colombian diplomat who has served in various capacities, including as the chargé d'affaires of Colombia in Nicaragua. He was recently in the news for attending a festive event known as Noche Vallenata in Managua, where he was seen celebrating alongside Carlos Ramón González, a former government official who is currently a fugitive from justice and accused of corruption.
