Osefa David

Osefa David, a 70-year-old woman from the village of Paruima, tragically passed away after being transported on the back of Deputy Toshao Elvis Francis in a desperate attempt to seek medical attention. Despite the community's efforts and her eventual transport to Georgetown Public Hospital, where she was found to have dengue fever, her condition remained critical and she ultimately succumbed to her illness.
