Oshane Thompson
Oshane Thompson is a former police constable whose murder conviction was recently overturned by the Court of Appeal due to a significant lapse in his trial regarding self-defence claims. Originally convicted in 2021 for the shooting death of Kriston Pearson, Thompson's case will be retried as the court found that his right to a fair trial was compromised.
