Osmán Morote is a notorious Peruvian terrorist and a key leader of the Shining Path (Sendero Luminoso), a Maoist guerrilla organization known for its violent insurgency against the Peruvian government. He has been imprisoned for his involvement in numerous terrorist activities and remains a significant figure within the remnants of the group.
