Otaviani Giancinto

Otaviani Giancinto is an Italian naval officer and the Italian counterpart to Ioannis Bouras in the defense sector. He was involved in the recent signing of a memorandum of understanding for naval cooperation between Italy and Greece, which includes plans for Greece to acquire Italian FREMM frigates to strengthen its naval fleet.
