Otsuka Kazuki

Otsuka Kazuki is a representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which is funding a new neonatal unit at the Hospital Central de Maputo. He recently emphasized the project's goal of addressing infrastructure and equipment deficiencies in Mozambique’s healthcare system, thereby improving conditions for pregnant women and newborns.
