Otto Mejía Hércules

Otto Mejía Hércules is a colonel of defense in the Honduran military and currently serves as the general manager of the Military Pension Institute. He has been involved in significant planning and execution of institutional investments and is among the officers being promoted under General Roosevelt Hernández's strategy.
