Otto Silesky
Otto Silesky is the president of the Fundación Omar Dengo (FOD), an organization dedicated to improving education and technology in Costa Rica. He recently made headlines by asserting that legal processes were not an impediment for the Ministry of Public Education (MEP) to retrieve approximately 5,000 computers that had been in storage for two years after the termination of their agreement with the FOD.
