Otto Tief

Otto Tief was an Estonian politician who served as the Prime Minister during the turbulent period of Estonia's struggle for independence from Soviet occupation. His government attempted to resist the advancing Soviet forces, although ultimately, the efforts were unsuccessful, leading to his subsequent arrest and eventual fate in exile.
