Otton Lara

Otton Lara is the president of the Cámara de la Construcción de Guayaquil, an organization that represents the construction industry in the city. He has been involved in various initiatives to address housing shortages and promote sustainable urban development in Ecuador. Recently, he was in the news discussing efforts to reduce the housing deficit in the country by at least 20% by 2029.
