Oviedo Caballero

Oviedo Caballero, also known as 'Teletubbie', is a notorious criminal and the alleged leader of a gang involved in a series of armed robberies in Paraguay. He was recently apprehended after attempting to flee from police, facing multiple charges including armed robbery and threats. He has three outstanding arrest warrants for various crimes committed between 2022 and early 2026, including a significant robbery of 68 million guaraní and 7,000 dollars from a supermarket. His criminal activities also include organized assaults on delivery services and pharmacies to steal valuable merchandise, including medications.
