Owen-Rand Dowdie

Owen-Rand Dowdie is the Kingston Campus Manager at the Caribbean Christian Centre for the Deaf, where he oversees the operations and management of educational programs. He recently collaborated with Marubeni Power International to receive a donation aimed at improving facilities for deaf students.
