P. Palmer

P. Palmer is the principal of Chester Castle Basic and Primary School in Hanover, Jamaica. Following the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa, she has been instrumental in leading efforts to restore the school and support the affected community. Under her guidance, the school has started to recover with the help of a grant from the German Embassy, allowing for critical repairs to the building and infrastructure. Despite the challenges posed by the hurricane, Palmer has remained dedicated to the well-being of her students, emphasizing the importance of community support for rural schools in Jamaica.
