Pablo Goncalvez
Pablo Goncalvez is a notorious Uruguayan serial killer who committed two murders in his home in Montevideo between 1992 and 1993. After serving 23 years in prison, he was released in 2016 and subsequently moved to Paraguay, where he was incarcerated again until 2019. His former residence, which has a dark history, was recently demolished to make way for commercial offices.
