Pablo Taveras

Pablo Taveras is a 32-year-old deaf individual who is actively involved in multiple jobs and advocacy for the deaf community. He works at the Sociedad Bíblica Dominicana and is also an alumnus of Universidad APEC, where he recently presented a workshop on deaf culture and sign language for educators. Despite the challenges of communication, he navigates daily life with determination, utilizing technology to enhance interactions and promote inclusion.
