Pablo Yacelga Medina

Pablo Yacelga Medina is the deputy commander of the Esmeraldas Police Command, known for his involvement in law enforcement operations targeting organized crime in Ecuador. He recently led the successful Operativo Fénix, which resulted in the arrest of nine suspected members of the criminal group Los Lobos.
