Paco Nicolás Morales

Paco Nicolás Morales is a first sub-official of the Policía Nacional del Ecuador, recognized for his courageous actions on March 25, 2023, when he intervened to thwart an armed robbery on a bus in Quito, resulting in the death of two assailants.
