Pania Edminston

Pania Edminston is a former worker at Talley’s South Pacific Meats subsidiary in Invercargill, where she dedicated nearly 20 years of seasonal service. In October 2019, she suffered a significant hand injury while bagging meat and faced challenges in receiving proper compensation for her medical needs after surgery, leading her to seek support from the Meatworkers Union.
