Paniona, a 66-year-old busker from Whangārei, is known for his vibrant performances and strong connection to the local community. After experiencing two accidents that left him without a scooter, he was recently gifted a new, high-speed scooter, which he described as a 'blessing' that would allow him to return to his passion for busking.
