Paola Barritta

Paola Barritta is the secretary general of the Asociación Técnicos y Empleados de Protección y Seguridad a la Aeronavegación (ATEPSA), having taken office in April 2022 after being elected with significant support. She is an attorney and has been an air traffic controller since 2010, working at Ezeiza Airport. Barritta is known for her advocacy for labor rights and has been actively involved in union negotiations, particularly regarding salary issues and working conditions for air traffic controllers.
