Papa Paul al VI-lea

Pope Paul VI, born Giovanni Battista Montini, was the head of the Roman Catholic Church from 1963 until his death in 1978. He is known for his role in the Second Vatican Council and for promoting ecumenism, as well as for being the first pope to travel by airplane. His progressive reforms and diplomatic efforts reshaped the Church's relationship with the modern world.
