Pashias

Pashias is a contemporary performance artist from Cyprus, known for his innovative works that explore themes of identity, mythology, and the relationship between the body and art. He began his artistic journey in childhood, influenced by his mother, a fashion designer. He studied at Goldsmiths, University of London, during a pivotal time in the art world, and has collaborated with renowned artists like Marina Abramović. His performances often challenge the boundaries of art, incorporating elements of humor and popular culture, and aim to make complex ideas accessible to the public. Recently, he presented his work 'Oops! I broke the sun' at SiC in Athens, highlighting his ongoing exploration of the intersection of ancient mythology and contemporary life.
