Pashtana is a woman from Kandahar province who shared her heartbreaking experience of losing her sister during childbirth due to the Taliban's restrictions on women's mobility. She highlighted the tragic reality that women in her community often cannot access necessary medical care without a male guardian present, leading to preventable deaths and suffering.
