Despite these hardships, she has become a symbol of determination and maternal love, crafting traditional garments using her remaining abilities. Paty sells her handmade products in the streets of Mexico City, motivated by her desire to provide for her two children, Balam and Aarón. Her journey of survival, which includes overcoming discrimination and personal trauma, highlights her unwavering spirit and dedication to her family.
