Patricia Torres

Patricia Torres is a Purépecha activist and a leading figure within the National Coordinator of Indigenous Women (Conami) in Mexico. As a third-generation activist, she carries a legacy of advocacy for Indigenous rights and women's empowerment, and she is attending the IX Continental Meeting of Indigenous Women of the Americas to contribute to the historical momentum of resistance and development of proposals for Indigenous women and their communities.
