Patrick Kaunda

Patrick Kaunda, the brother of Chancy Kaunda, is also a convicted ivory trafficker involved in significant wildlife smuggling activities. Both brothers were initially arrested in 2013 for transporting a massive ivory consignment and have faced legal battles since. They became fugitives after their sentences were overturned in 2020, raising concerns about the enforcement of wildlife trafficking laws in the region.
