Patrik Thoresen

Patrik Thoresen is a retired Norwegian ice hockey player and current sports director for the Norwegian Ice Hockey Federation. After concluding his playing career by helping Djurgården return to the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) in 2025, Thoresen took on the role of sports director, where he has been instrumental in developing Norwegian hockey talent and fostering a competitive national team. His leadership has been particularly highlighted during the 2023 World Championship, where Norway reached the semifinals for the first time, showcasing the progress of Norwegian hockey.
