Paul Barton

Paul Barton was a prominent aircraft leasing executive who served as the managing director of GE Capital Aviation Services, a leading company in the aviation leasing industry. He was instrumental in the €25 billion merger between GE Capital Aviation Services and AerCap in 2021 and was a founding director of Avolon, another significant player in the sector. Barton passed away in September 2023, leaving an estate valued at €17.5 million.
