Paul Kipchumba is one of the officials from the Kenya Union of Post-Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET) who has recently been in the news for his involvement in multiple court cases seeking to compel the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) to investigate alleged unlawful salary deductions made by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
