Paul Randell Daby Jr is a Guyanese national alleged by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to operate one of the largest drug trafficking organizations in Guyana, coordinating shipments of cocaine from Colombia and Venezuela using illegal airstrips and maritime vessels.
