Paul Stewart

Paul Stewart is the president of the NCB Staff Association, which represents approximately 2,000 employees at the National Commercial Bank (NCB), the largest commercial bank in Jamaica. Recently, he has been in the news due to the dissatisfaction among unionized employees regarding the bank's latest wage offer and the slow progress in contract negotiations that were supposed to be completed last year. Stewart has actively voiced the employees' concerns and organized a protest where staff wore black as a symbol of their discontent with the bank's handling of wage discussions.
