Paul Stocks

Paul Stocks is the Deputy Secretary for Corporate and Digital Shared Services at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) in New Zealand. He has been involved in addressing issues related to copyright compliance and content sharing, particularly in the context of a recent investigation by the Chief Ombudsman regarding the inappropriate sharing of content from the National Business Review (NBR) by government departments.
