Paul Teal

Paul Teal graduated from James Ruse Agricultural High School in 1985, achieving the highest score in the HSC with a mark of 496 out of 500. He pursued a career in electrical engineering, working for various companies in Australia and New Zealand. Over time, he transitioned into academia, earning a PhD in engineering and teaching at Victoria University of Wellington. Currently, he serves as the chief data scientist on a team developing a medical device aimed at improving stroke diagnosis, particularly for those in rural areas.
