Paulino Vivas Medina

Paulino Vivas Medina, an 80-year-old man, tragically lost his life after being struck by a police patrol vehicle in the community of El Parque, Los Chiles, Costa Rica. The incident occurred in the early hours of a Sunday morning as he attempted to cross the road, coinciding with the patrol's response to a separate firearm-related incident. Despite immediate medical attention, he was declared dead at the scene.
