Paulo Roberto dos Santos, a retired dentist and coffee producer, is a pioneer in the revival of coffee cultivation in the Vale do Paraíba. He owns the historic Fazenda Florença, established in 1852, which he acquired in 1998. After joining a reintroduction program in 2016, he began producing award-winning specialty coffee, helping to restore the region's coffee heritage.
