Paulo Sá Caetano

Paulo Sá Caetano is a professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering Sciences at the Nova School of Science and Technology (FCT-UNL) in Lisbon, Portugal. He is currently involved in monitoring land movements in Porto Brandão, where significant landslides have recently endangered local residents and infrastructure. Alongside his colleague José Carlos Ferreira, he is coordinating a team that provides critical support to the Civil Protection and the Almada Municipality in assessing the risks and implementing necessary precautions in response to the ongoing geological instability.
