Pavlos Theodoropoulos

Pavlos Theodoropoulos is a former head of the Technical Control and subsequently the Information Technology Departments at OPEKEPE, the Greek Agricultural Payments Agency. He gained attention in March 2025 when he provided significant testimonies to the European Public Prosecutor's Office, describing the problematic dependence of OPEKEPE on private technical consulting firms.
