Pavol Štefánik

Pavol Štefánik was an evangelical pastor and the father of Milan Rastislav Štefánik, a prominent Slovak politician and national hero. He played a significant role in shaping his son's early education and upbringing in the small village of Košariská, where he faced considerable financial difficulties. Despite these challenges, he instilled in Milan a sense of ambition and a commitment to education.
