Pedro de Ursúa

Pedro de Ursúa was a Spanish explorer and conquistador known for his role in the early exploration of the territories that would become Colombia. He is particularly noted for founding the city of Bogotá and for his adventurous expeditions into the Andean region during the 16th century, which have inspired various literary works, including those of William Ospina.
